HOW WE SHARPEN

BELT SANDER

Passive but to the Point

We sharpen all of our knives starting with a 320 grit belt sander. This allows us to fix any impurities in the edge, as well as shape it, without taking off any excess metal.

SLOTTED WHEEL

Ready to Finish

The second step is to work the knife through the slotted cardboard wheel. This along with a bit of our special sharpening rouge allows the wheel to grab the burr off the edge.

COTTON WHEEL

Final Touches

Our last step o the process is the cotton wheel. This polishes the edge leaving each side of the edge to meet perfectly. What's left is sharper than new! All of our work is 100% guaranteed!
